i have a 97 integra gsr with

injen cold air intake

denso sparkplugs
nology wires

problem is i cant pass smog because my car is running too rich

first time i went to smog i failed the nox
i changed the catalytic convertor

second time i failed the ho co the smog guy said my car is running too rich

then i changed the o2 sensor and went back

did you smog the car while it's still cold?
meaning to just wake up and decided to ge tget it smog?
cuz when it's cold the cat is very inefficent. that will account for the high co.

a trick is to run it hard for 5-10 mins.
btw your mods are not the problem.

Its time for da hook up man , but nothing on ur list should not make you pass smog. the custom exhaust is a long shot and the Injen intake.

Turn it down too much & you'll run lean. Then your CO is down but your NOx is up. You wanna be somewhere in-between. Timing advanced too much? That'll increase NOx.

apexi vafc? minimal cost ($260 shipped), will make your car run better, and youll probably pass smog.

of course, cheating is always good

None of the mods you listed should have made you fail. So it would have to be caused by something else.

I agree with getting your car nice and hot, to get the cat working at the optimum temp, also getting a highflow Carsound Cat may help too. Not only would it help for smog, but will help free up some hp too.
