Default Still flashing Ecu code 1

I thought this was a wierd one ..
the car is flashing a code 1 02 sensor circuit faulty or defective
i replaced the o2 sensor with a new unit ...Reset the ECU ...and it still flashes a code 1
93 civic .gsr swap

Maybe it was bad wiring in the first place - not actually a bad sensor.

It's probably the wiring. I'm sure you have 2 wires criss-crossed somewhere or there going to the wrong pin outs. could be a possible short. try replacing the wires and wire them directly to the ECU to see how it reacts.
