I need to know what is included in a JDM 5 lug conversion
OK, so a couple friends of mine are going to Japan on Monday and have 60 grand to spend on crap, and the one thing that I really want and need is the 5 lug conversion for my EK Civic. Now, I am aware that the rear LCA's are different, but I have to figure out how to utilize my EK LCA's because my Teins are for an American LCA's. Anyway, what all is included in a usual swap? He told me to find out exactly what is included because he is getting all the parts from the Honda dealer new over there and it is supposedly extremely cheap. I know the fron thas both control arms, knuckle, hub, rotor, caliper mounting hardware, and what else? Also what about the rear? Name off everything PLEASE!!!!!!

Front: The whole hub assembly which includes the caliper, rotor, knuckle. You have to use your stock EK upper A-arm. Original brake lines work in the front. Basically everything you see here, except the upper front A-arm, and the fact that these are my stock hubs.
In the rear you can use your EK LCA's, and keep in mind that you should get the Ebrake cables as well for the rear. You're goign to need Integra brake lines for the rear, which you can get cheap here in the states, but if you want to get the JDM ones, more power to you. ABS sensor line you obviously don't need.

See, aniother thing is I have an Si so I have rear discs so I don't think I would need the rear brake lines.

jeez dude 60,000 to spend? wtf thats a lot of money
and 5 lugs isn't really different....half the people on this site have 5 lug with gunmetal itr wheels. So that narrows you're reasons down to cosmetic

So is braking.
So is braking.
Everything from an ITR 5 lug will bolt straight on.
Trailing Arms (use ITR R-Brake cables/lines)
Front Knuckles (use EK Upper Control Arms, ITR will not fit)
Rear LCA's (use your stock EK ones, ITR will not fit on EK, they are too short)
I just did this swap on my friends 99 Si 2 weeks ago

Annnnd I already covered all of that. You can use your goodridge lines because you already have disc brakes.
Where the hell did you get 60k and why are you spending it on Honda parts? You should put 60% in stock and 40% in your bank account and not worry about your Hon-duh.

Hahaha they are speding the cash on a bunch of crap that people over here in St. Louis need. As for where they got their money, they have a bunch of investors that have recently joined up with them and he specializes in 1jz-GTE swaps into MKIII Supra's.
