Default '94 GS-R exhaust on '99 Si?

I can get a used Comptech catback for $200 bucks but it's from a '94 Integra GS-R. I checked Comptech's website and the '99 Si's catback has a different part number. Just wondering if it'll bolt up or if I have to have it modified to fit my Civic.

Not sure about the Type-R and GSR differences BUT, I put a stock R exhasut on and had to add a few inches to the B-pipe and also a few inches to the axle back so it would be flush with the bumper.

sorry if its not gsr but I thought it might help

Nope won't work. You can try modifying for length, but hanger position is different as well. Dual front mounts instead of single left side mount and also lower in rear. I had a modified (extended 2" and modified hangers) ITR B-pipe and Mugen Twinloop (which was for 99-00si) and was unsatisfied with fit.
