ITR 5 lug conversion query?

ITR 5 lug conversion query?
In the process of an itr 5 lug conversion on my 98 ek, i know i have to use the ek UCA as the ek UCA is shorter than the itr one, just wanted to know which other arms to use on the rear trailing arm ek or itr,
