Valve adjustments & nitrous questions h22
Yeah, wel first of al i have skunk 2 valvesprings and cams, and my valves are starting to tap slightly, and i was wondering how to adjust the valve lash on the h22. Anyone know the specs of the top of your head?
also i have a NOS foger system and i was wondering, im planing on a 50 shot and i dont want to hook the fuel up to the injectors so it just shoots n2o, ill just slightly enrichin the rpms it wil be used in. i can do this right?
any sugestions on where on the manifold to atach the spider fo the nozzles?
thanks

Let me get this straight. You want to spray run nitrous by spraying nitrous through the intake and then tuning your car to run rich in the rpms that it will be used in. In order to compensate for the nitrous you'd have to run around a 9:1 a/f off of the bottle. The car won't even run on that and will foul plugs daily. Why don't you just put the kit in like it is supposed to be installed?
because the kit was used and im know i didnt get all the parts i need, but i mean is it that stupid? then why can people spray nitrous right into their intakes?
its not like i want to run a big shot.

People can spray nitrous into their intakes because:
1. They are spraying fuel along with the nitrous(ie wet kit)
2. They are running a dry kit, which uses vaccum from the nitrous flow to trick the fpr into adding more fuel.
You will blow your motor or make shitty NA power if you try to do what you are saying. In my opinion both are stupid.

You can run a small shot by simply richening up your a/f throughout the rpm's, but the max you can go is about a 30 shot.....search for a Sneaky Pete nitrous setup....
....But yeah, that is a stupid way of running nitrous. Just go buy the parts you're missing. The best and easiest way is to just plug up the fuel to the kit like it's supposed to; otherwise, you're asking for a blown motor.

to tell the truth, BUT I DONT SUGGEST THIS, you can run 50 shot dry, w/just pulling the vacume line on the fpr.
i did it for awhile, when i didnt know much. i just thought the o2 sensor would make up for it, maybe it helps a little but not enough.
how ever i did go though about 5-6 bottles and it never blew

Its always good to run a naws system, with a few imortant missing components
