Default Shifting problems..(tranny genius's please help)

ok guys im gunna list a few problems i have with my tranny and hopefully someone can help me out

Shifting into second, u have to pull the shifter down into second ..and let it sit there for a second before it slips in ...otherwise u'd have to yank it into gear, with alotta resistance..theres slight resistance into 4th and 5th ..if i shift into 3rd too fast ill grind...and today at a light in neutral the car wouldnt go into any gear, i had to play with the clutch and shifter for a few minutes while i blocked traffic lol .. and all the sudden its gotta hard to get the car in first ..and now when its in first and i bring the clutch to the engagement point i hear some crazy noise ..like metal on metal squeeking or something ...

Cable or Hydro?

How does the clutch pedal feel?
Does it feel soft? Does it engage really low?

Have you changed your MTF lately?
