Default y7 fuel rail/injectors on y8 IM?

about to buy a y8 IM. missing fuel rail/injectors. will the parts from a y7 work w/o any trouble? it is designed weird, so im not even sure if the fuel rail is designed the same. thanks

just either pop the injectors out of the old rail and into the y8 or just put the y7 rail right into the y8 IM.... however, the y8 injectors have a larger flow rate than the y7, so you will be fine without swapping to the y8 injectors so long as you arent swapping the head

Nope, they are all 240cc. You'll be fine.

i need a confirmation on whether or not this works.

WILL A d16y7 fuel rail fit onto a d16y8 intake manifold.

I have my own d15b7 injectors 235.

i know i'm digging this out of the archives, but i need this question answered, i searched and found this thread, no need to have another thread

They will bolt on and be just fine. Don't upgrade cause the ECU is different. Just reset your ECu when your done swappin manifolds.

Ok for a confirmation what I did was swap a y5 manifold (almost like the y8 but a little diff) on my y7. I used the y7 fuel rail b/c the y5 input for the fuel was in the wrong spot and my fuel hose wouldn't reach. I have pics of it too.
