Cylinder head removal...
I'm stripping a f22a1 motor from a 90 accord and i just removed the crankshaft and i was wondering if it is possible to remove the entire cylinder head with the valve springs nad everything attached..?
if its possible what bolts need 2 come out and what do i have to look for?

yes you can remove the head with the cam and valve train still attached. Obviously the manifolds need to come off, the power seering pump as well. after that you just need to remove the head bolts. I believe there are 10 of them(there are on my F23) and you should untorque them in 3 or more steps. There is also a specific order to loosen them up in but I don't remember it off the top of my head. It's important to follow this because otherwise you can warp the head.

1-3-5-7-9
2-4-6-8-10

then i ~think~ the correct oder is 5-6-3-8-4-7-2-9-1-10 but I'm not certain about that so definately look it up.
