Default Euro R in EG Hatch What ECU or EMS Should I use?

Just getting ideas for what would be the best platform. I am going all motor, and so far have considered hondata, kenji programmed ecu, or aem ems but considering the number of mods I think the aem is overkill. Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

If you plan on going hardcore n/a set up.....fully built/high compression/agressive cams...which will need some good tuning, then i'd recommend going w/ hondata. If you plan on just doing some minor n/a mods, then I'd recommend going with a chipped p28 from Kenji or Me....AEM is just simply overpriced....but hondata would be ideal.

I wanna run it next summer fairly stock w/ minor modifications to see how it will perform. Just the main bolt on's for 1 summer and then I will have the internal work done. How do your ecu's stack up to kenji's and will I need a vafc to run it rich/lean so it can be daily driven. The motor was wired back to obd1 so I will have to purchase the ecu as well.

Use a P28 Hondata setup, and start off with the Type S base settings and go from there. That's what I'm running, along with some other Honda-Tech members now (after I gave them a copy of the program I'm running) and then it's totally tunable to your specific setup.
