i have the same problem. take them out and there should be a 10mm screw that adjusts the lamp. but make sure its level. check the level by looking between the headlight there a balancer thing. (not sure what its called) thats how u adust them.

don't take it out. look in the manual and it explains how to insert a screw driver a certain way to adjust the headlights.

you insert the screw driver from the top, then turn the little gear thingie, you don't mess with the 10mm bolt.

I think the bolt/nut thing is connected to the gear. well, you insert the screwdriver from the top right above the gear thing. you have to insert at a diagnol, then the screwdriver fits into the gear, you turn the screwdriver, (turning the gear) and your lights are adjusted

the one closest towards the side of the car adjusts up & down - the one towards the center (grill) adjusts horizontally I believe

i'm turning the verticle one. to make it shine lower so it doesn't blind anyone. but nothing is happening. i can see the little teeth thingy truning but the light won't shine lower. this sucks.
