ok heres the problem guys!

i got a 98 dx hatch and i got a jrsc in her but now i wanna run a gauge boost. ive connected it to my intake manifold using a vacuum line, and i get a negative boost reading (vacuum) even under load and movement im only getting to a reading of 0psi, wat am i doing wrong?? thanx guys

 

You say you have it hooked up to your intake..but are you sure you don't have it hooked up to you throttle body?...if so that would explain it..the guage needs to see boost..so you would need to hook it up after the blower.

just check to make sure

its on the intake manifold, not intake.

 

Are you sure you are getting into boost?...do you have any pics?

on my JRSC mani I had about 2-3 ports for vacumn/boost..it was just above the blower. I am assuming you are usuing one of those right?

could i be loosing boost somewhere?? im gunna clamp all my hoses down...and re check em...

yes im using a nipple on the top of the blower itself, right beside the JR fuel pressure reg theres a lil nipple i can tap into. im usin that
