About every gear around 3thous i feel hesitation i changed fuel filter, spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor.. don't know what it is..

 

check your timing

 

engine timing
O2 sensor
and MAP sensor

 

we just did the timing new motor i think its because its low on gas im on E

 

my b16 does the same thing. i have one bad o2 sensor.

This is probably the most common problem I hear of with B series VTEC motors. I've been trying to find a definitive answer, but other than the obvious things to check, I really don't know.
