Default H22 hesitation @ about 2200-3000 rpm's

This is my second hybrid project that i have come across with some hesitation on the low end @ around 25-2900 rpm's.

Is this a common issue or is there something wrong with my setup...new plugs/cap/wire/rotor..all you can think of for a full and new basic tune-up is done to it...any ideas?

I would suggest you replace your 02 sensor, I had that happen to me and it was fixed by replacing my o2

Timing is perfect.

Checked with timing gun and that checked out ok.

The o2 sensor i didn';t try...would that be a factor even though it doesn't throw any CEL's?

But it's def only happening at 25-3000 rpm's in any gear...happened this morning in 5th gear

o2 affects the timing. When it happened to me it would feel like the timing is being pulled, you wont get a CEL either. Dont buy that bosch universal crap, I went through four before I bought a stock one and wala no more hesitation. hell if you have the stock accord or civic one then use that.

it hesitates when you get on it too? or just cruising... my tps sensor gave me a slight hesitation just cruising around that area b/c it was off.
