The JRSC was designed to use stock 240cc injectors in conjunction with a boost-dependent rising-rate fuel pressure regulator (aka FMU - Fuel Management Unit) and a higher volume/pressure fuel pump.
You won't need to use it with larger injectors, but you will need either an AFC, a "standalone" like Hondata or something more like an EMS, Tec3, Microtek, Motec, etc. That way you can trim down the larger injectors where you don't all that fuel. Some units have other functions and options that you may or may not want or need...you just need to weigh the cost-benefits.
Get the 440cc's. More room for growth and they're not that much more if you buy them new. The 310cc's are easier to find used b/c people underestimate their fuel needs and max them out pretty quickly.
There's quite a bit more to it than that, but that'll get you started.

Of course you can use it with stock injectors. The JRSC kit comes with everything you need to get you running. If you needed bigger injectors it would have come with them or tell you to get them.
Did'nt you research this before you bought it?
