part number 40 in this pic above the fuel filter is what I think you are referring to? there should be 2, one on each side of the fuel line connection.

haha, yeah i had to remove the intake tubing and disconnect some wire harneses just to get my hand in there for leverage.

There is a fuel pressure port on some fuel filters-there is a 12mm bolt and the little crush washer-that may be what you are talking about.
