im puffing white smoke, never did this with my other setup. i have oil in my exhaust.

if i take the turbo off. and blow in the feed line. cover up the return line i can hear the air coming out of the exhaust housing, and im sure the oil creates more pressure then i can blow. im assuming that is not normal.

this turbo is new and maybe has 40 miles on it.

if it is the seals, what do i tell the place i bought it off of. should they replace it, the seals where oviously bad when i bought it. >>

they are piston rings

 

i dont thinks it's the rings. if i put the old turbo back on it runs fine. no smoke

Your seals are fucked up. My car used to blow white smoke when I had my seals blown. And it actually happened to me twice.

 

god damn it. this stupid turbo is brand new. should i try to replaced the seals myself. or send it in and spend another 300 bucks. errr.
