Default ARP head studs??? LS all motor build!! Need advice!!!!

I need some good tips when installing and torking my LS head w/ ARP head studs.
I have not started putting my motor back together yet and I am not sure on what percedures to follow. One person told me when putting the studs in the block to turn all the way in to bottom out the stud and then turn back out a turn or so. Is this correct. Also do I use factory tork specs w/ these. I will probably use 30 weight motor oil.

Any advice will help, THANKS!!!!!!

Screw them hand tight into the block. Then double-nut the studs and torque down to 84in*lbs (7lb*ft).

Torque head down to 70lb*ft using moly lube and 85lb*ft using 30WT motor oil.

Hmm... I COULD be wrong, but doesn't ARP say specifically NOT to torque the studs into the block? Hand tighten ONLY? Then torque after the head has been installed? I'm not 100%, but that's what I'm remembering off the top of my head from the last time I installed them on my engine...

Sorry if I'm confused!!!

They do, but nobody ever listens. People have had issues with them backing out when torquing down the head.

stock honda uses bolts - arp are reuseable studs, honda specs dont really apply, I just go with hand tight, this is not brain surgery and use tightening sequence from honda.
