Default Weird vibration and strange noise in VTEC

This weekend I acquired a strange problem. For some reason, my car started to vibrate on acceleration. It happens at all RPM's and is more prominent when I'm on the throttle a bit more than normal. My first thought was that it is an axle. My driver side axle is only 7 months old, but has a very small hole in it, and leaks bit of grease.

The passenger side axle is kinda iffy. The band on the inner portion of the axle is kinda messed up, so it doesn't seal completely, this causes the boot to leak much more grease than the driver side. I'm suspecting that there isn't any more grease in the boot and maybe I broke one of the bearings somehow. I've broken bearings in axles at the track before, but the vibration was much worse then than now. But its bugging the hell out of me.

My second problem is that right before VTEC engages, it sounds like there is hollow, low pitched echo with a similar note as VTEC. I am wondering if this has to do with the axle. I wonder if its howling or something from the increase in power. I've checked the motor for any problems, oil pressure is great, compression is good, oil has been changed (no metal), my clutch is fairly new (under 10,00 miles). Any ideas?
