Default Injector size....is stock enough?

Ok I searched and read this https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=520883
But what I would like to know is will I need to upgrade my injectors or will the stock gsr be enough? the setup in an 01 gsr:
b18c
skunk stage 2 cams/valvetrain
cam gears
skunk intake mani
4-2-1 header
I am already running the cams and using hondata w p72 ecu.....without problems, I need to upgrade my exhaust. Open header I made ~170whp. I am asking if after I install the pistons will I need to upgrade the fuel system(injectors mainly)
~11.8:1 pistons(not yet installed)

if you are ready using or trying to use skunk 2 cams you need to get your fuel system upgrade. that means new or more flowing injectors, fuel pump, fuel rail, and regulator. stock GS-R injector will not support the motor at all.

Let me put it to you this way. You ever try and blow spitballs with a straw that only lets a small amount of air through? Just doesnt work does it. You will need to let in more fuel. I.E. larger injectors.

If you are upgrading compression and cams (I'm assuming IM and Header too), and changing to a standalone like Hondata, why not upgrade the injectors?

Its almost necessary with all the options you're thinking about to at least go to a 310.

i would prefer you to upgrade to a higher flowing injector. i've tried it with a more of a higher compressor motor and it runs shiety high end. using the VAFC is just stressing the duty cycle of your stock injectors. i.e. any duty cycle above 80 percent will not be good especially on stock injectors.

I would go with some 310cc. Maybe bigger if you want to plan ahead.

Since there are no idle issues with large injectors when using a Hondata or other programmable engine management, just get big injectors. 370 or 440cc will be sufficient for any street car's all motor needs and their prices are very close to 310s or 270s (worthless).

ditto
you will blow up your engine most likely if you drive hard alot with anything above 180whp and stock injectors

its too damn lean

Yeah I found that 180whp was the limit with stock injectors

So you think 310's are worthless? after I installed hondata, I made ~170 whp and 122wtq stock fuel pressure, stock injectors and above listed mods
I'm looking to buy a used set so I started looking on RC's site using their cc calculator and it looks like they will only support up to 190 @ 80% duty cycle.
is this correct? here is the calculator http://www.rceng.com/technical.htm#WORKSHEET
I'm hoping to make ~200 at the wheels once I raise teh compression.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

wiht ~175-180whp i was at 80% duty cycle @ wot with rc310ss (which are for sale btw)

310s should be good for 190 or so, but i would always prefer to run a bigger injector. if the injector is getting near maxed out u can loose power
