Hey i have a 96 civic with a 99 b18c1 motor. Recently my speedometer stopped working and remaines at zero mph or it just irratically at like 60-80mph. Also my vtec doesnt work. Wtf do i do, anyone else hadthis problem??

 

check your speedo sensor down on the transny. it could have dirt or come lose.

 

where is it located on the tranny???

 

basically right under your throttle body...sticks up like 2 or 3 inches from the tranny...

 

when you fix your speedo your v-tec will work . had the same problem when i first got my swap done.
