I have a vtec lude h22a1....im about to go turbo and build my bottom end with forged pistons and rods and sleeves as well...the compression will be right around 9:1...if i will be boosting about 7psi tuned on stock internals with vafc....how much is recomended with built internals and NO headwork done??
