hey im lookin for some numbers from people who are running a t3/to4b on their d16. i will have hondata and 550's for tuning...this is on a stock block...im lookin to get around 225 until i can build ym block and get a bigger turbo..but money is tight

local guy X kit made around 180ish horsepower with the FMAX kit using a t3/t4b. He had the MF2 for fuel control so im sure more power could of been made with a different fuel controller. Oh yeah he was boosting 8 psion a stock bottom end.

 

I'm running walbro fuel pump, fmu, safc, and rc 310cc (max out right now). I doubt your going to get 225 with a stock block and tight on money. I have 194 whp @ 8-9psi with my stock block tuned for like 3 months then i blew up a piston. Still manged a 14.2 sec 1/4 on 3 cylinders though You're going to be looking more around 180-200 whp on a stock block and you're going to have a huge traction problem once you go over 200 whp like i'm having now if u like to race at the track. I actucally run faster 1/4's right now with lower boost even with drag radials

 

well its getting tuned with hondata and 550's...but do u guys think id be better off with a t3/to4e .48 50 trim to help out a little with traction (slower spool)?? i want pretty good response...not immediate...but decent...its a street car. lookin to make 200-225 HP
