You need to get it aligned once it is done, and when it is aligned, tighten everything in place with some locktite on the threads so they don't back off.

Im kinda interested too. What about preload so there is a little tension pulling or pushing? Or do you just line up the holes and its set?

At least on the DC2 chassis, the aligment won't change a whole lot, but you want to preload the bars in tension, meaning pull the suspension toward the front of the car. Not a whole lot, maybe 2 or 3 turns from neutral.

the directions state:
1. with the wheels pointing straight ahead, roll the vehicle back and fourth for about 5 feet in either direction. this will settle the suspension and make for accurate adjustment.
2. with the strut rod jam nuts loosened, adjust the strut rod length by turning until the front bolt slides back and fourth freely. tighten the jam nuts.
3. repeat procedure for both sides.
4. depending on height of the vehicle, different angles of the strut rod may produce better performance.

now i have no idea what they mean.(lol) i mean it sound pretty straight forward but i still have some wheel hopp after installing these. my car is slammed though so im wondering if i should be adjusting them another way.
