Someone Bent this by jacking my car. Fixable?

Soemone bent this to a angle.. you know the part with your turn signal switch. Yeah thats bent. So I can't really make my steering wheel higher or lower. Is this fixable?

I mean it turns normal and drives fine, I think its just the metal thingy down the steering column.
