Gas Pedal gets stuck somtimes (Part II)
My gas pedal is very stiff and sometimes gets stuck so that it revs on it's own.
I tried many things that were stated in my previous thread like greasing the throttle cable and cleaning out the TB/IM.
What else can I do? Is it pedal related then?
Please help
It is the only annoying thing on my crx and if it gets fixed, my life would be wayyy better

I agree...
When you cleaned out the T/B, did you notice the throttle plate sticking/scraping against the side walls at all? Did the plate seem to move freely?

The throttle cleaner cleaned it and it doesn't stick. Pedal still feels stiff but it gets better with the cleaner.
After a week or two it gets all gunky again. That probably has to do with the POS filter on the generic short ram I have.

When I first put in my b16, it had a stuck t body. You had to give it a swift rev to free it up in the morning. It turned out it was too closed, and needed to be adjusted back a hair. Its perfect now. Ryan
