Default DPFI - MPFI ... NOT WIRING.... VACUUM!!!!!!

i am having problems with a few vacuum lines on the intake manifold. A lot of people out there seem to have only problems with wiring, but the wiring is the easiest part in my case. I have a 91 DX hatch, that I threw this MPFI into, and I am having problems mating some of the lines. Please look at this link, it has the pictures and information on it. Thanks! For that TB connection there should be a hose that goes from the TB to the back of the block on the left side of the engine.

alrighty, well this leaves me no choice but to take it back out and hunt for those, because there wasn't any other lines that i could see, they must have been yanked as well. I am almost having to build this car from scratch so i will give it a shot later this evening and take a peek. any idea where the rest go?? like the insulated hose and the one on the rear of the manifold, i think it's the EACV??

YES, THAT HELPED A LITTLE... I figured out where the fuel line went, but here are some other pictures I took with the manifold OUT of the car... again i really appreciate the help. I think I eliminated one of the hoses, if two the same size both smell of gas, then damn it they better be the same hose! Here is the link which IS DIFFERENT than the first, because it has more pictures and information that was requested for helping! Thanks again guys!! I hope you can help!

the #1 hose goes into ur PCV on the manifold.... i will explain in the other picture..

the #3 goes into a nipple that sticks off the manifold... thats the stock MAP sensor... if u have a MAP mounted on the TB skip it and just use the purge cut off... the lil cyl thingy next to the map on the firewall..

#2 goes into ther big hole on the manifold for coolant... u will need to trow that one away and go buy a U shape one at pep boys...

#4 #5 #6 can be skipped... use the hose on the other side of #4 and plug it into the hose that goes under the trotle body.... and or on the other water nipple on the head by where u put #2

u can also take the #1 and trow it away and use the one we can see on this picture.... that hose seen here fits on the black box on the block

the only fuel related lines are the red looking one and the curved one that its on top of the breke booster... that u can also see on the previous pic.....

dude, you rock, that helped a lot. i went to the dealer today to get the question mark hose for #2 in the picture. So there are no kinks. 4,5,6 i figured 5 and 6 were useless for an intake anyway since I wouldn't use those, but #4 wasn't sure until you pointed out it was connected to the (behind) the thermostat housing, # 3 and 7 i know..... and #1 i figured it was gas since it reeked of it. I seriously appreciate it. I still have one port I am not sure to do with and that is on the back of the intake manifold facing downwards. If you go to http://www.geocities.com/djcas...p.com on the 5th picture down it shows different ports. Port 2 is the last one I need help with. I can't find this line for the life of me, the guy said that this port needs to be a water line, but I am not seeing any other ports. or should I just "Y" it off of the line that goes under the throttle body??? OR does the EACV port connect to the port on the front of the intake manifold immediately next to the far left injector?? This originally was part of that metal tube that came off the valve cover.

Turns out with that adapter thing coming off the valve cover that is metal tubing. Turns out that it was in the wrong spot the whole time. The thermostat housing port needs to run to the back of the intake manifold on the EACV port that's open. From there the port under the throttle body hooks onto the port on the intake manifold where the metal tube connceted originally under the valve cover breather port. That's where all the water lines go. I am going to have to do a better write up on both the wiring harness creation and the vacuum line routing, because no one ever mentioned the fact that you have to do the coolant bypass in order to get the vacuum lines right. ALSO, no one mentioned the fact that you can NOT use a 91 CIVIC SI intake manifold on a D15B block because of the bolt patterns. The CIVIC SI hatch has 9 studs where as the CRX SI intake manifold has 7 studs for mounting into the block. Luckily I got the right one, but <phew> I think I got it now guys. Thanks for your help, I will let you guys know what's up when I get it installed... AGAIN.
