Do you guys know how to adjust idle on a B18C1? I think there is a screw on the throttle body which needs to be turned, however I don’t know if it is clockwise or anti-clock wise. Please help.

 

there is a idle adjustment screw on your TB

 

also tightening ur throttle cable would raise it...cause the things stretched...if u do it too much then it'll be off...

 

I did it to my G2.
According to Helm, you need to pull VAIC (sp?) plug first.
Yeah, turn screw counterclockwise to raise idle.

 

tighten your throttle cable and then if that doesnt work, adjust your tb.

 

ah...um...i don't thinkyou should adjust idle using the throttle cable adj. you want that up to spec which i think is 10-12mm deflection. then use the screw to adjust idle speed. (NOT the throttle stop screw!)
my helms describes that procedure where you disconnect the iac (idle air control valve) and set the idle which gives a low number like 480 or something then you plug it back in and you get 750ish but i've never seen anyone actually do that. they just turn the screw. which way? just try it...you'll figure it out pretty quick. hth.
