vaccumline from wastegate.... where does the other end go?

vaccumline from wastegate.... where does the other end go?
just wondering where the line on the vaccum part of wastegate goes. It currently has no vaccum line from the vaccum part of the wastegate. Car is a 4th gen prelude with an h23 turbokit. It's an external deltagate wastegate. Vaccums at 4, shouldnt it do it higher with that line in there? What are the benefits of haveing a higher vaccum? Someone please help me out or fill me in with some info. Thanx

If you're not running a boost controller, that line will go to the compressor or intake manifold.
