Default Help my headlights went out(DA integra)

Ok well I have JDM 1-piece headlights. I yanked my Power steering and A/C compressor out the other day and after I did this my regular headlight on the driver side stopped working and so did both fog lamps. I have daytime running lamps which both work fine and so do both brights so its kind of odd so, it's like this. When I turn on the car both driver side and passenger side DDL's turn on then when I turn on the regular headlights the driverside one turns completly off and neither fog lamp works but the passenger side headlight works fine. Then when I switch it to brights both the driverside and passenger side brights turn on. Why is this? Can someone help me out? I already checked the bulbs they are all fine, and I checked my wiring and it is all fine so I dont know why it is doing this. thanks in advance

Jon
