Ok here's the deal, I took my headlights out to paint the housings black and on this nice sunny day, turns to clouds, rains... yeah ... no so good, so I got it done put the headlights in and here is the problem.

If my headlights are off, both turn signals work.
When my headlights are on, the left turn signal doesnt work but the right does.
I checked all the fuses. Any ideas?

check the relays that are near the driver side headlight

I will go and recheck.

Edit: If I turn on the hazard lights and headlights are on, they work. So its only when headlight is on it wont work turning left.
