Default DA9 Headlight unalignment

On my DA9, Since I use it as a daily driven car.. My Front Headlight doesn't aim right when turn on. On my driver side, it seems to shoot lower than the passenger side. If I turn on my headlights, the passenger side would shoot very high. I took the front bumper off before, to try and correct this problem with a friend online but His explanation didn't quite help me. Nor did I see a adjustable up and down screw leverage for the each of the headlights.. Help will be gladly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Friend's explanation " It's suppose to do that, Acura made it so the driver side aims lower than the passenger side "

I didn't believe that.

I just don't want to make a turn and next thing is my headlights aiming at a cop right in the face.

I'll be on the lookout for that, I didn't see anything last time. Straight held it for 5 mins just staring at it....

Thanks
