What does this do? any benefit comparing to GSR's?
What parts do i need to order if i wanna change it and what's the part no? And also i'm afraid that the labour cost is expensive

Only replace that if there is something wrong with it...

I seen that in BSQ's HP, replace it could have better steering response.....
cos it's 5 times stiffer than stock GSR

 

Actually it is #18 and it does improve steering reponse. BTW, #4 is the same on all G3 Integras.

The #18 bushing cost about $4 a piece and you need 4, so you are looking at $16.

Just buy the set from energy suspension, thats what I did.
