nitrous makes your car quick? i thought it made your car fast. id go with a jrsc, toughen up your engine a bit, and depending on what its purpose is; slicks or some extra wide tires up front.
i heard that a 90-93 b18a1 has 140 hp , and i was wondering how much power i could pull out of one with a cold air intake and a custom turbo ?

i was askin about the custom turbo cause i was told that many turbos could be adapted to fit like one off a thunderbird, talon or eclipse, or subarus, id like to know some of the options and what would be the best application to get more bang for the buck.
Who cares about the 60ft time ...And theres no need to dump such a huge amount of money in something "Quick" like a JRSC when you could go ahead and buy a GReddy Kit or make your own for that amount on money. If your gonna talk about spending that much oney you might as well get the turbo ..If not get the Cams 4-1 and normal crap
get a rev hard turbo manifold, dsm side mount intercooler from junkyard, dsm 450cc injectors again junk yard, find a used turbo garrett t3's are nice, you can always get custom piping made or order it someplace online. invest in some fuel mangement like a s-afc, you can run like 7-8psi on stock interals, u should be able to make somewhere around 200whp. ohhh yeah also get a tial 35mm wastegate, and def. look into getting a bov. a bigger fuel pump is also gonna be needed. imo turbo is the best bang for the buck. just do the math divide cost by hp gained, its clear that turbo is probably twice as cheap as all motor
I had a sohv GReddy kit on my old b18a1 in my crx and had the manafold drilledout and ported for the b18a1 and had a turbo kit under 900$

go turbo.it's the best bang for the buck....cuz all you gotta is search for deals. putting together a kit is not hard. a firend did it on his ls..for about 500 bucks. he has a hook up at a muffler place. just gotta find that hook up.

quick set up is
cai
full exhaust since you are in a budget.
they are minor bolt ons then save up and decide
what way you want your set up
naturally aspirated(higher compression) wich will never compare to
force induction (turbo or supercharger)
so start with that and decide wich way you want to go
cause speed cost $$$$$

Probably the most cost effective way is to pick up a 98 spec ITR gearbox with a hydro conversion bracket from Place or Hasport
15% shorter gearing a LSD and light flywheel / better clutch will deffinately be a back for the buck in the 1200 range.
