I'm so pissed right now. Some lady in a black Volvo was tailgating me down Maple Rd, came to a red light, I stopped, she DIDN'T. WHAM! Granted she only gave me scuff marks on my bumper, it's the second time since I've had this car that I've been rear-ended!!! She claims she was stepping on the brakes and nothing was happening, rrrright. Had she not tailgated me, would have given her plenty of time to stop the car using the HANDBRAKE.
To make matters worst, I sent my sister to exchange insurance info, got everything, except for her POLICY number! So pissed, I should have handled the exchange myself but I wasn't in the right mindframe at the time. I have her license number and insurance number, will it be enough to get the right info?

that sucks but at least nobody got hurt. as far as the insurance goes you actually can get it even if you only get there name and insurance company info. if you callled the police they also would have gotten it as well
