Well I just got rear ended . There is no damage at all . It all happened at one of those red light cameras stop. I decided to stop when the yellow light went on. And wham some lady in a LEXUS cracked the hell out of me . She hit me pretty hard but no damage other that the bumper clips (those white things ) popping off. There about 250 each witch I need to replace because one was broken already. Any other damage to look for. I told the lady that I was okay and my car looks fine but Im going to check it out at home.

Take off the plastic and styrofoam and make sure that the metal bumper isn't damaged.....

take off the rear bumper and inspect the actual framing(actual bumper) that's mounted(welded?) to the body.. that could be damaged but the bumper cover might now show it...

i got rear ended a while back. you couldnt see anything but unerneith the fram was bent. so you may wanna check that out.

Look in your trunk under the carpet and see if anything crinkled. My brother got hit one time and it looked like it just caused the rear 1/4 panels to bend, but when I looked in the trunk the damage was way worse. Maybe go to a body shop, some give free estaminets. Good luck.

Sorry to hear about that. Did you get the ladies insurance card # and phone #?! If not then your f*cked if there is any other damage to your car b/c she can deny it ever happened. Hope that isnt the case. Glad your aight.

my roommate 'parked' against my bumper at less than a mile per hour and it damaged a lot of the paint

theres always some sort of damage if u get hit anything over like 15mph. take it to a body shop to get a free estimate and check out the frame. as long as theres no frame damage, get the insurance loot and buy the clips and fix it yourself and have some loot in your pocket. better safe than sorry
