Normally w/ the hondata ill get that low idle bounce but not like this. The car comes as close as possible to dying and then bounces back. When i say race pcv setup, i mean breather on valve cover, hollowed out pvc valve dumping to ground and covered intake manifold nipple. Is this common?

have you got a vacuum leak where you covered the nipple on the intake?

No, i even tried covering it w/ my finger. Could it be it was tuned w/ a stock pcv system and the fuel necessary is slightly different?

at idle, the engine is pulling in crankcase vapors/air... it may be possible that the IAC is having a hard time trying to adjust to the less-than normal air bypassing the throttle plate.
