Last night driving down the motorway(freeway) boosting at 10psi.
Next thing me and my girl friend knew the car was filling up with smoke and it had lost loads of power.
Pulled over engine still running???? (but only on 3 cyl's) with loads of white smoke.
So I turned it off and said oh well.
Here are some pics I took when waiting for the tow truck.


After 10 sec from start up.



After 30 sec from start up.



2 min after I turned it off again.

Today I started to take the head off, found out that cyl 2 was full of oil so when I get the head off I'll see what gone wrong (I'll post more pic's).

Next thing could you lot point me in the right direction of dealer of good engine internals and what brand you lot think are the best for price and perfomance.

Yeah i would probably get rid of that sticker. Cant wait to see the damage pics

 

looks just like mine did about 2 weeks ago. i finally pulled everything apart and it seems as if my number 1 injector stopped working and i melted a hole in the #1 piston. it wasnt pretty.

 

headgasket or cracked wall.

 

i had the same thing happen to me

I know that now after buying a revhard turbo kit from them. Very bad service

Hey what kinda setup were you running on your CRX? Just stock b16a1?

Yer just a stock engine.
And pics of engine may be on here tomorrow.

 

damn that last pic looks like your car just got done hitting the bong...

 

Come on you lot must know of some dealers of parts for b16 engines

prolly melted a piston.

 

thats what im betting i had the same prob with my JE's, cracked all the valve reliefs a little and cyl 3 was missing a chunk the size of 1/2 a dime in the valve relief, could see the rings it was that bad.
