question about control arm linkage --> Todd00
I hope this makes sense
Here's a pic of the front linkage on a sick Mugen EP in Japan (the Mugen adjustablecoilovers, I believe are not yet available in the US):
My question is about the bolt that basically moves the linkage from above the "boss" to below the "boss" on the suspension. That effectively straightens out the control arms on a dropped car. Does the RSX come like that, with the bolts and the linkage on the bottom? If not, is there such a kit? it seems there are lots of folks with dropped EPs with v-shaped control arms.

IM is your friend
But, others can chime in too.
If that is a kit or something, it would sell well over here in the US. I don't believe you can do this with the oem ends because of the way they are shaped. I was going to move mine to below the strut (like pictured) but folks told me (and from what I could see), the end is made to sit above the strut. And both the EP3 and RSX tierods connect to the top of the strut from the factory.
But yes, this would be a great piece for the US cars. I'd love to see AJ Racing or someone import these over or make some kind of kit. The RSX/EP3 oners would be all over them.
Note that the stock tierods are probably too long too. Those might be shortened rods. A company in JDM land does make shortened and more adjustable rods for the cars.

Yeah, I was hopinjg you'd check this out, but others as well.
I'm sure the bolt assembly could be fabricated by some brave soul... and what if the rods were flipped over?

I wanted to move the tie rod attachment point so it would sit just like that. The way the stock strut is shaped it cant be done. The tie rod will rub against the inner body panel and would also point downward(like an A)
Have you looked at the tie rods when someone's got a drop on stock shocks? they stick up!
I've recently ordered the KW V2 kit, and Im hoping the strut bosses are lowered accordingly so that the rods stay straight.
