control arm bushing question, part available HELPP??
i drive a 96 civic ex, i was taking out my control arm and the bolt broke in bushing that the strut goes into so i replaced it. the bushing now broke in the bushing that connects the control arm to like the hub area. the bushing right next to the strut bushing. i went to honda to get a replacement bushing and he said id need to buy the whole control arm because they dont sell just that bushing. this doesnt make sense to me?
any input/ part number/ info. is greatly appreciated.

Re: control arm bushing question, part available HELPP??
i thought of going with energy but, i only have one control arm out, i dont wana take the other one out and risk breaking those bolts off too. so i wouldnt want stock on one side and energy on the other. also i dont wanna wait for shipping, honda is 24 hour. or id just order aftermarket lcas. i need my car back on the road as soon as possible.
thanks for the input. anymore is greatly appreciated

Would you mind pointing out where you see the bushings he wants to replace are actually located on that site? I don't see them...
Looking at Honda parts sites, that one bushing for the shock (#13) is the only one available to replace....otherwise you're replacing the entire arm (#4) (which isn't but $60).

Re: control arm bushing question, part available HELPP??
i ended up just buying the whole control arm. honda does not carry the other bushings they only carry the bushing the strut bolts into, so if you break any others you have to buy the whole control arm with all bushings intact. Pretty awkward and inconvenient if u ask me.
Thanks everyone for the input etc.
