Default just did a Compression Test on my B16a, opinions wanted???

the reason i did a compression test was because of my weak dyno numbers;
139HP
100TQ
w/ JDM 2nd gen B16a I/H/E, ITR manifold, CTR Cams, and FPR

Starting from the distributor to the motor mount;
205, 200, 195, 200

Then added a cap-full of motor oil;
230, 215, 235, 200 <-----not too accurate because the battery kinda give away, but the other 3 cylinders had good cranks

from the numbers above it leads me to believe that my piston rings are fucked, any opinions on what else could cause my motor to be such a bitch????

i dont think its my fuel because im running a B series pump and i just changed the fuel filter and put in a the bigger SI fuel hose as well, but igition is a whole other story. Should i start with wires then cap and rotor then move into ignitor and coil

it could be that ITR manifold.... i hear rumors that a mild b16 wont make any power with it.... it made more power with the stock mani....(clubsi\NA forum guys know more of this)....
