FITV? How do i run the coolant lines!?!? HELP!

FITV? How do i run the coolant lines!?!? HELP!
I took off my FITV, you obviously dont need it to idle correctly. (Right?)
What i did was duct tape the bottem of the Throttle body, to keep that hole closed. Now what do i do with the 2 coolant lines? Cap them off? do they need connected anywhere? let me know! HELP
This is on a obd1 1995 GSR
