Ok I think I have everything hooked back up right except for the coolant line on the bottom of the throttle body. The one that points to the firewall. I can't find the line that hooks up there.
Also just to clairify something. The Idle Air Contorl Valve has two lines at the bottom that are coolant lines right?
And the throttle body has two lines at the bottom of it that are also collant lines right?
Where do these four coolant lines go to?
The forward on on the throttle body I got and the two on the bottom of the IACV I think I have right as they are going towards the block to coolant fittings.
Please help I am really lost here.

Wow this board is moving really slow tonight. Maybe because it is Saturday night and people other than me have a life and are out doing stuff. Mean while I a stuck at home with a car that I can't drive because of this IM install. If there is anybody out there at home infront of the computer please help.
yea, the four lines are coolant, cause it's needs to find it's way to pass through them. if i remember right. you see the upper radiator hose, it's connected to the housing on the head. there's also a line that runs out of the housing that connects to the throttle body inlet pipe, then the throttle body outlet pipe connects to the iacv inlet pipe. the iacv outlet pipe then connects to a pipe on the block.

Weel I got the TB intake coolant line. But both lines from the IACV are heading back to the block. One of them is going to an extra fitting that is on the Skunk manifold that was not on the stock manifold. See pics below:

there should be 2 short hoses just below the IM fittings "when hooked up", big goes to the big one, small one goes to the small one. On the IM, there are 4 fittings. One is for the PCI valve, one is for the fuel pressure regulator(small one), the other big one in the back should be the brake hose, and i connected the EVAP line to the small fitting on the IM to it using a small extra fpr line i had and a fitting. Any problem...im me at importdragger18 (AIM) or email me at johnhoang20@hotmail.com. I should be able to help you out if you have any other questions. I just installed mine and took about 2 hours and 45 mins to remove my stock IM.
