They sell compression testers at any auto place for 30-60 bucks. Or you can do it the getto way. Start the car then pull the number one plug wire. If there is a change in engine performance then you have no problem. If no change in the way the engine runs then you have a problem. Plug back in and do it to the rest of the cyl.

lol...that's how i did it. Ghetto way. lol

So the tester to get the acurate reading should be at Autozone or any auto stores..thx

dang there was a post somewhere that shows u how to build your own compression measurement gauge. Try searching.

if not it might have been a web article somewhere else, but its out there!
