Default no compression..car bogs below 2k

well i broke my timing belt and i fixed that, did water pump and adjusted the valves. my car bogs down below 2k but is fine above that.
i'm wonderin if this because i possibly have bent valves or if it could be the valves are just tightened too much?

i checked compression and it came out 170, 150, 150, 170. Not bad for a 91 LS. any ideas what it could be? I'm thinkin i may be one tooth off which is causin it to bog down so bad

i'm gonna check my timing tonite....do you think its possible this could be caused by valves being too tight?also, after takin my car around the block no smoke comes out the exhaust but when i pop the hood there is tons of smoke. I'm not sure if this is from oil gettin on the block when i did the timing belt or what it could be from
