Default NEED HELP ASAP...turbo leaking oil!!!

We just got through with my install and i have 2 problems. First off...one of the bolt holes to hold my oil pan onto my block got stripped. We just put copper gasket maker in it to stop it up but i dont think its gonna hold. Second...and most important part is my turbo is leaking oil from the hot side into my DP. Why is it doing this? Im guessing that the seals are blown on my turbo and its leaking into the exhaust...i havent checked if its getting into the compressor side or not but im sure it is. Whats the problem here and how do i fix it? Thanks.

Thanks for responding! What will it hurt if i drive with them like that for a while? Do you think its definately leaking into the compressor side if its leaking in the exhaust side? If its not leaking into the compressor side i dont think it should hurt anything...but i know it will smoke alot. What will happen if it is in the the charge pipes...im guessing oil will get into the combustion chamber causing mad detonation?
