Default greddy turbo kit w/ vafc

is it possible to run a stock greddy sohc kit with a v-afc instead of a bluebox, i had my e-manage stolen a couple days ago and need some type of fuel management and i thought this was good way to go since i can get it upgraded later. it will just be running at 5psi, any settings i can use in the meantime till i get it tuned?

you can use the vafc but you need at least 440 injectors...

If you get saturated injectors you don't need a resistor, if you get peak-hold injectors you do. For example, with dsm 450's you need a res. pack, with RC 440's you don't.

oh i see then, so all i would need is these two items correct? vafc + saturated injectors injectors go right in? any mod needed?

edit: better yet someone give me a shopping list saturated injectors seem very costly.

AFC (SAFC or VAFC, either one)
DSM 450s
resistor box

You're done. Use the settings from The Drop Shop's webpage as a starting point and go from there.

vafc - $300

dsm injectors 450cc $ 70

resistor box $30

that's all you need to run 9 - 10 psi.

have fun

so 310cc's + VAFC is not good? He is only running 5psi.

i mean it can work. but for 70 bucks or so. why not do it the right way.

with 310's your not going to get anymore boost then you would with the blue box.

granted you can tune it a little, so that will make a little difference. Trust me though. there is a big difference from 6-7psi to 9-10psi.
