Default 99 Si - CA smog - I/H/E?

Will my 99 Si pass CA smog check with AEM CAI, DC 4-1 USDM, and a GReddy 60mm EVO exhaust? As long as my cat is in working condition?

Or should I take the header off for good measure?

Intake and HEADER have CARB numbers but I don't think anyone put CARB #'s on exhausts.

correct exhaust... after the cat in no way modify emmisions thus no carb number.

u should pass visual since u have all the carb numbers.
id recommend driving your car awhile to get the cat hot... ceramic coated headers shed heat and may not get your cat hot enough to do its job well enough.

I passed my swap at the ref with I/H/E. As long as the cat is good, and the motor is tuned up, should be ok.

The smog test should be a piece of cake.

Take my advice....remove the Header and put on the stock manifold. Reason being is that the DC header does not heat up the exhaust enough for the Catalytic to work properly. On my GSR before rebuilding it...I took 3 times at the "test only" station to pass and after changing the cat, valve job, new plugs, new cap/rotor, adjusting fuel pressure...it finally passed after changing out the header. So save yourself some time/money and spend an hour at home changing the header.
