It's for a '99 civic Si and other cars with similar harnesses. It's called a PMS made by EFI systems. Works well for boosted and NA cars. I have the 3 bar map sensor for it. Allows you to change timing, pulse width of injectors and timing advance/retard upon boost and many more stuff. Can control different stages of NOS and has several other features. Also, can data log.
