Timing looks ok for 12 psi...so ur headgasket is blown huh? what kind of head studs you using? and what type of fuel? did you experience any ignition break ups? and how were ur afrs? Did you pull ur plugs to see what they looked like?
and yeh did u sync ur timing! hehe

timing was synced by tuner.
arp headstuds, 91 octane, no ignition break ups but possible lean condition in 1st cylinder due to bad injector wiring. also #1 cylinder is a little low on compression. about 10psi lower than the others. afrs are good at 11.5 - 11.7
leakdown test should show me, just wanted to get this out of the way. just got it running too.

yeah blind fashion has the same idea as me, instead of 20 degrees try 18, dyno is best to see how the torque curve is effected, tuning for MBT is best then back off a small amount to prevent such things. where your having problems in high boost back off just a few degrees, reevaluate the problem, if worse comes to worse, more dyno time might be necessary to explore the detonation threshold, every motor is a little bit different in the small details of its wants and needs.

seems like timing is alright.... on the average car i usually have like 1.5-2.5* less timing in the tunes i do.... but every setup is different

If Shawn Church tuned your car I doubt the problem is in the tune.
**** happens in this hobby, I always feel bad when I see it happen to someone. Hope it is a headgasket! Those are cheap and easy to fix in the big picture of things.

Wait...
12psi on a stock map sensor?! I'm hoping you just forgot to show us the 3bar maps.

yeah.
did the motor ever see anything higher than 12psi? really? i mean a 3 bar and youre runnin 12psi?
any possible overboosting?
i would get the rest of the MAP up and then we can see
